The Canadian Storyteller - IMAGINATION IS THE WAY.

                                                         

TEACHERS,  PLEASE READ AND LISTEN,  why storytelling in the classroom matters.

This is a rough draft ( it is a work in progress), with perhaps some errors; "it’s a draft". However, it will do for now, to meet the anguish and curiosity of students who are told the story in part because of class time limitations and question the author to tell them more.

Remember, this is a "living" and evolving story. "The Substitute Teacher", is still on his journey, visiting schools and encountering other, wonderful experiences through which, students like you, who "may be different", can "tell their story". Perhaps someday, your own story will be revealed here. Keep coming back!

AUTHOR'S NOTE TO YOUNG PEOPLE,

As you listen to my stories and you look around you and see and hear the reaction of your peers enjoying, some mocking and some having a good laugh, if "you know," that this is beyond just a story and entertainment for some. If you feel it deep inside you, that there is something there that you want to share from "Your Light," you may share with the author, "Your Story." Many events in our life experiences are beyond imagination and cannot be explained - you may be one of the chosen few.

ELIAS LEOUSIS (Eleusis)

Mr. Elias Leousis was born in Tripolis, Hellas, on Earth Day.

 
Education: His “formal” education includes, Socrates School of the Communauté Hellénique De Montréal, Bancroft Elementary, and Baron Byng High School under the P.S.B.G.M. He graduated from John Oliver Secondary, Vancouver, B.C. He attended Sir George Williams as well as Concordia University in Montreal, where he attained a B.S.. and MSc. From McGill University, he has earned his Diploma in Education.

He has taught at various grade schools, served as department head of science at the high school level, taught at both Concordia as well as McGill University and held the post of a school principal. He is recognized as a leading pioneer in the successful introduction of the microcomputer at the elementary school level. During his visit to Hellas, he successfully established a TEE (Technical Educational Institute) certified by the Hellenic Government Department of Education. He was the first in Hellas to acquire the MOUS certification, recognition by Microsoft USA. He served as director of Comp Ellas Academy: He holds a large number of certificates in the computer sciences.

 
He is the author of "Imagination is the Way.", published by Amazon Kindle eBooks.

Mr. Leousis' favorite topic of interest, is helping the young cope and understand this critical period of their development, through guidance in the form of storytelling:

About "The Light":

"I", was created by the thought of Gods and "Their", desire to allow all mortals to know that, "They", are always with them: As humankind grows and seeks absolute independence from "Them", "They", will remain by their side, guiding them and directing them, in their growth to absolute "WISDOM", the way to "Their Essence" and the Elysium Fields. As you look out beyond the now, into the heavens, "I", will be there, guiding you and helping you know that, "I", be visible or invisible, "My Essence", will guide you beyond all what is sensed in your reality. So let it be now revealed to you, that both "I" and "He", in mortal being, who speaks to you through the thoughts of children are but one. Eleusis.

Let The Light within you, guide you to the entrance of the Elysian Fields, your inner beauty is expected.

DON'T TAKE THINGS TOO SERIOUSLY - LAUGH, ITS AN ILLUSION 

Being silly is "therapeutic", at the Parthenon.

When it hurts inside: Look deeper, your Light is there, to tell you all is going to be alright. Its just a journey and the "school bus of life" just happens to be stuck in traffic, wait a little while, you'll see the traffic will clear and you will be on your way to a wonderful field trip - its just a mater of time, which you have plenty... be patient "strive to be happy".
